Martin's Woods State Natural Area  (map)

Your health is our top priority. While we can't gather as a group until further notice, we still have work to do, and we need your help! We have five workdays scheduled on four different preserves during the month of May, and we want you to come out and help us steward the land we all love while participating in our restoration efforts and this year's Garlic Mustard Pull-A-Thon! We will be holding workdays in shifts, so that you can come out on your own or with those in your household to volunteer and make a difference in conservation.

Use the RSVP link to sign up for a shift (or two), and we will send you more information!

Join Waukesha County Land Conservancy in removing invasive species like garlic mustard and dame's rocket at our Martin's Woods State Natural Area. We’ll provide you with all equipment needed for removing these invasive plants.

Martin's Woods is a high-quality State Natural Area that needs our help to reduce the pressure from invasive species so that our native plants and wildlife can thrive!

Location: One mile west of HWY 164 on Edgewood Ave, Big Bend, WI. Look for WCLC Sign.

What to wear: Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes for this workday.

What to bring: work gloves (recommended), garbage bags for disposing of garlic mustard (required), water
